Geet lashed out on her mother… She was getting late for her office and here, her mother was making her late… She didn’t understand why she was always pestered to get married… It is not that she didn’t wanted to be married but she wanted some time… There were so many things in her life that she wanted to achieve… The success, that level where no one can touch her… There would be no looking back, she should not be judged with her looks, she should be ALONE…
All alone…

Geet , how much more time do you need , you are now working and well settled , why don’t you want to get married bacha.. Her mother asked caressing her cheek… Priya knew her very well, if she is denying that means there is something that she doesn’t know… There is something that her geet is hiding…

Geet saw the questions in her mother’s eyes and she kissed her mother’s palm, assuring her that there was nothing that she was thinking… She knew that her lies won’t work so she chose to not to lie instead tell them the truth…

Mamma, will you give me some time… I just want some time , I know you and papa want me to get married , have a family but mamma I am not ready , it’s just I am scared mamma.. I don’t want anyone in my life… I know you won’t like your only daughter doing this to her but mamma I am helpless , the mere thought scares me , but I promise you I won’t ask any more time , just give me some time.. I will be given a prominent position in the company and then I will see the guy you will say… I will marry whosoever you want, I won’t even ask anything…
I just don’t want to be a only a wife to someone , I need to make you and papa proud of me ..

Priya had tears listening to her daughter, geet was saying everything that they knew she will do but still they want a guy in their daughter’s life who will love her the most. Geet’s heart was so beautiful and they knew that guy who will marry her will be the luckiest…

You are fine darling, there’s nothing wrong in you and see how beautiful you look, and there are no patches now geet… Priya made geet stand in front of the mirror and she could see her own reflection that was not what she was looking now, but a girl with thick specs, her half of the face below her chin was covered with a dark patch… She was looking fat and her eyes were teary… Geet closed her eyes at once and let go off the insecurities that were still inside her… A lone tear escaped her eye and she wiped it even before her mother could sense it… And walked away from the room…

She was geet, the only daughter of singhania’s her father was in the department of ministry in Delhi and mother happened to be a teacher but now she was just a home maker…

Somewhere in the other part of Delhi,

A guy was doing pushups he was too fast and was looking at the new trends of the society… His eyes were focused on the screen and mind was busy with growing rate of the shares of Khurana’s…
He was engrossed in the news when suddenly he felt himself pushed on the floor and his brother was lying next to him.. He looked at him with a glare and his brother mimicked him… Knowing his brother could only give him these glares…

Bhai, you again forget… We had to leave for nainital for the vacations and you planned the meetings and that too when I had given my precious time to my pari… Now she is going to be real mad at me Bhai and I am going to send her to you really…
Vicky pouted and now sit straight… And Maan knew that even if he would say anything he would be given a big lecture by his mother… Well radhika Khurana didn’t like the actions of her workolic son and she was trying to get him married soon…
Even her husband rajveer Khurana was with her this time and she won’t let him deny this time , she was sure that she would make him realize that it was the high time he should be settled..

Maan looked at Vicky and he was having serious girlfriend issues, so Maan just got up and wiped the sweat off his face and smirked making his quit exit from the room before Vicky could jump on him…

What a performer you are Maan Khurana… Bravo… You are trying to convince the girl, whom you thought was ugly and was easy catch to be played around…
And now all of a sudden you want her to be your wife…

I don’t know why you hate me so much geet… But I have always loved you since the time I saw you in school… It was you only… Before Maan could say anything she completed his words…

And I hate you. I would rather chose killing you with my bare hands then marrying you… It will be better if you deny for this alliance else I won’t be responsible for my actions
